  • ELIGIBILITY

The "You Pick the Winners" Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of California and Colorado (excluding residents of any jurisdiction where the Contest would be prohibited by law) who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the sponsor and its affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies, or any other companies involved in the administration, development, or execution of the Contest, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

  1. AGREEMENT

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the sponsor’s decisions, and any decisions made by the independent judges (if applicable), which are final and binding in all respects. Participation also constitutes your agreement to comply with all eligibility requirements. You further acknowledge that the sponsor’s decisions in all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.

All information provided during registration, prize fulfillment, or any other stage of the Contest must be accurate. Incorrect or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, follow the instructions provided on the official Contest page or via the designated entry method. Participants must submit a valid entry within the designated Contest Period. You may only enter the Contest once unless otherwise specified in the official rules. Multiple entries using different identities, devices, or email addresses to circumvent the entry limit will result in disqualification.

  2. First Prize: $50 Gift Card. Second Prize: $25 Gift Card. Third Prize: A Pair of Admit One Passes
  3. Prizes will be awarded as specified in the official Contest materials. The prize specifics, including the quantity, description, and value, will be determined by the sponsor. Prize details may differ based on availability and are subject to change.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item or for cash, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and any other expenses related to accepting or using the prize.
  5. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and any other factors outlined in the specific Contest description.

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
  2. Winners will be selected based on the method described in the Contest details (e.g., randomly, based on correct answers, or participant voting, etc.). After the winner selection, winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided during registration.
  3. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period (usually 15 days from the date the notification was sent), or if they are found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  4. RIGHTS GRANTED

By participating, you grant the sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and/or statements for promotional purposes (including advertising and trade) in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. TERMS
  2. The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any event outside of the sponsor’s control (such as technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events) compromises the integrity of the Contest.
  3. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
  4. The sponsor will not be liable for any errors, technical malfunctions, or failures in communications, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, email failures, or other factors beyond the sponsor’s control.
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from their participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of the prize, or any errors or technical failures that may occur during the process.

  1. In the event that the preceding release is found invalid, the sponsor's liability will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the entrant in participating in the Contest.
  2. PRIVACY

The sponsor respects your privacy and will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of administering the Contest and for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you opt out by following the instructions provided.

  1. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with accepting and using their prize. The sponsor may withhold any required federal, state, or local taxes as per applicable tax laws.

  1. GENERAL

All disputes regarding the Contest must be resolved individually, without resorting to class actions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the Contest must be resolved exclusively in a court located in the state where the sponsor is based.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the sponsor is headquartered.
